About the Event
Radical Movement Workshop, examines the connection between the radical aspects of the private body in the public space for activists. We will use exercises from the contemporary dance and art performance world while exploring movements in different activist spheres such as demonstrations, crossing borders, direct actions, solidarity actions and more…
The workshop will be two sessions, each for two hours on December 5th and December 19th (separate registrations). It is possible to join both workshops or just one of the two.
In addition to teaching Hebrew at TINAU, Nattan Dobkin teaches courses on performance and intersectional identities at Ben Gurion University’s Department of Gender. He also leads performance workshops at 'The Garage,' an art school for individuals with mental disabilities, and independently in Berlin and Tel Aviv. Nattan holds a MA in gender studies and a BA in directing and theater education.
